I am not a Javascript "black-belt" so feel free to replace jQuery with
cross-browser-plain-old javascript if you are able to do, I'm totally
dummy on that area... that's why I plugged jquery :P

About TM: yes, the 'fluido' name is something that always bounces in
my mind - don't ask
btw IMHO could be complicate for trademark reason to use a name like
maven-bootstrap-skin

empty by default.
But you can put your own in you project src/site/resources/css to
