with namespaces in poms, see

Well, IANAL, but I think that this is not at all clear from how it is
expressed there. They give a link to majority approval (where 3 binding
votes are required), and then say:
"... except that the decision is officially determined solely by whether
at least three +1 votes were registered."
I think when that sections says 3 votes are required, it implies they
must be binding. I've heard it said in other places that you need 3 pmc
votes.

I'd like to call for a vote on the following m1 plugin releases:

The changelog plugin is the only one with major bug fixes and new

I published the releases two days ago, they are on the apache server but
I still can't find them anywhere on ibiblio. I guess you have to sync
them manually?

Here are some more m1 plugins that I would be ready to release:

They all have still a few issues open, mainly feature requests and
enhancements, but all major bugs have been fix
