this is because it is being set by an ant:property instead of being set in
project.properties.

Yes - "merlin:site" has been renamed to the goal "avalon:site"

1. Checkout avalon/merlin.
2. $ maven merlin:site
Note that the the xdocs in ${basedir}/platform/xdocs are not processed. The site
generated from processin
