True, but it seems to me that many plugins will eventually want to
provide one or more templates for users. I see the genapp plugin as the
place for the application template functionality, while actual templates
would reside other places and be maintained by domain experts.

I noticed that an ejb template was added to the genapp plugin recently.
It seems to me it makes more sense for the ejb plugin to provide that
template, but I haven't gone back into the guts of genapp recently to
see what that would entail. Thoughts?
