Am canceling the vote for Resolver 4.0.0-alpha-4, as there is one blocker
issue discovered by Guillaume and me:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MRESOLVER-455
This issue is nasty, as it causes the JVM process to "hang" when Java 21 is
used, and this can disturb CIs as well etc.
Is already fix
