FTP deployment of ear in maven1.0.2

Ant Maven 1.0.2 FTP

Hi all i am using ant build file to transfer the file to remote ftp server and i am able to do ,but if i try to call the build file in maven it show error but before this i called the ant file in my maven 1.0.2 maven.xml file and that time it work by following but it is not work
