In trunk, it says the maven-deploy-plugin still needs the release of
maven-plugin-testing-harness and maven-plugin-plugin.

The Maven 2 Assembly Plugin - Assembly Descriptor page is not yet documented.
Instead of "No Description", I think it would be convenient for Maven 2 users
if it had the juicy stuff.
