status of maven-proxy-webapp

Hey Developers, Can anyone tell me the status of the maven-proxy-webapp, and what the chances are for resurrecting development on it? I've been using it for some time now, and find it a great help. However, I'd love to add a bunch of management features to it, maybe some documentation as well,
