Just to clarify: the ouput pom (on release) mudt be 4.0.0 and all > 4.0.0
features must be resolved to comply to ensure the compatibility with 3rd
parties.
The produced pom flavor should always be 4.0.0 whereas the consumed one can
evolve when very relevant.
