BTW, this is the same with the latest Hudson (version 3.3.3) as well, so

I'm -1 as I think we should handle MJAR-209 [1] in v3.0.0. Sorry for not

I think the best place to discuss is on the
core-libs-...@openjdk.java.net mailing list.
Uwe Schindler had started a discussion there [1], I thought that issue
was resolved in b109.
I suggest starting a discussion on core-libs.
