Hello folks,
As part of the patch to MSITE-669, I felt the current explanation of the
requirements and steps to create a staged site could use a bit of
augmentation.
Comments would be appreciated - perhaps also a more elaborate step-by-step
checklist. What do you think?

+1 to consider the current behavior as a bug.
We should be able to deactivate it easily (and perhaps to have it off by
default to activate it only on CI servers) and we should take care to have
a real error message explaining the issue and not a classical dependency
not found while the artifact is
Perso I agree this is something we must let user being to disable as it can
cause some pain.
