We can't have an aggregated pom due to tycho limitation.

I was unable to commit correctly (forbidden access??)
I wanted the following tree:
maven/doxia/doxia-ide/trunk
maven/doxia/doxia-ide/branches
maven/doxia/doxia-ide/tags
And to move the project to
maven/doxia/doxia-ide/trunk/eclipse
Also add a svn external to maven/doxia/trunks

I am just in the middle of something and have no time to look into it but it
seems that we might have a good addition to the war plugin for overlays
Does someone reviewed https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MWAR-260 already?
