Writing plugins is for most a function of using Maven. I think the users@ list
is the right place to ask. If you're not getting answers, that's a different
problem :)
A split would only make sense if there were a number of people talking about
plugin development already that was hindering less

audiences are fairly distinct, and I think that it would improve the
Signal to Noise ratio, and facilitate more communications, if they
