Hi,
i have tested Maven 3.0-alpha-5 with the maven-buildnumber-plugin
(1.0-beta-4)
The wiki page
http://cwiki.apache.org/MAVEN/maven-3x-compatibility-notes.html
talks about 1.0-beta-3...
BTW: What about other plugins like
maven-pmd-plugin,
maven-cobertura-plugin (codehaus),
Hi Jason,
BTW: Is there a good reason to remove the support of profiles.xml file in Maven
3.0cause it makes pom.xml a little bit smaller...
It was removed originally to simplify the work in refactoring the way the

Hi there,
i have question about the compatibility of Maven 3.0
(There is a wiki page about the Maven 3 compatibility)...
I found that the maven-buildnumber-plugin does not work with Maven3
So what is the best way to document this kind of problem ?

I don't see any information about toolchains support, neither in the site nor
Jira issues: isn't this version fo the plugin the first one with toolchains
support, as explained in the mini guide [1]?

We solved 1 issue:
http://jira.codehaus.org/secure/ReleaseNote.jspa?projectId=11714&version=15200
There are no issues left in JIRA:
http://jira.codehaus.org/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?reset=true&pid=11714&status=1
Staging repo:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/maven-013/
yes that's it (I deployed from a Linux acer aspire one)

We should probably figure out MPLUGIN-165 before suggesting the new
plugin version for general use.

Not sure about Olivier but I haven't touched maven-site-plugin trunk
since months... I believe this compliment belongs more to Dennis, Lukas
