Honestly, I think the lines: ${gpg.passphrase} need to be taken out of the config for the gpg plugin. I think that will end up conflicting with other settings. (like using an agent which is what I do) With the latest releases of the release plugin a

Hmm, I'm not sure why this happened, but the same thing occurs for me locally when using site:stage. The regular site generation seems to work fine, so I re-generated the site and deployed to apache, and it looks ok in the queue. The updates should take effect in a little while. Nord, James
