Your need is not currently taken in the archetype plugin which assumes
that sub-modules are refered in in the parent.
Please raise a Jira.

Hi Raphaël, very sorry for the delay but I got caught up in a very laborious
release process that kept me from looking into the archetype stuff.
Anyway, I have now tried the latest alpha-5-SNAPSHOT and it looks good.
Sorry for the spam, but finally it seems it is an xmlbeans bug that I only
discover now. So this is not a regression.
