The war plugin 1.6.3 is ready to be released. could you please deploy
a staging version of the plugin somewhere. I've not used m1 for months
now and I don't have the setup here. If you have a link that explains
how to do this i'll do it myself.

I've just found an utterly bizarre deployment bug. On one particular
developer's workstation, deployment, using scpexe, was failing - and it
turned out to be that somehow the environment variables are getting
corrupted, such that the SSH_AUTH_SOCK variable actually contained its
own previous value,
np :)
There's a couple of issues before we can release it though.
