Missing invoker plugin in maven 2 plugins build

Obvious patch. You might at some point try to build the maven plugins from an empty local repository. Else this bug will not show up (it will not pick up any changes to the invoker plugin either...) Patch to plugins/pom.xml --- cut --- Index: pom.xml ==
