codehaus, probably in the snapshot repo, before they were moved here.

Since codehaus went down there has been a couple of requests on the
user-list for documentation for maven-changelog-plugin and
maven-changes-plugin. After they moved over from codehaus they have not
been graced with a web presence at maven.apache.org.

I think the idea is not to terminate it, but simply to move further
development to the trunk, and use the branch only for bug fixes (e.g.
2.0.6/7/8...) while the trunk will be used for the main development
(2.1 for instance).
