Hi Brett,
Since You are on it, please work on it, I will test it instead.

I'm actually (finally!) working on the plugin, so I can work this in if
you'd like. If you already have time to work on it now, let me know. I
imagine this will be pretty straightforward.
I'd call it release:release, and would expect it to behave just like

Hello all,
At my work place, we have a requirement to do daily release using
maven-release-plugin.
So I create a custom plugin to run both release:prepare and
release:perform in one shot.
If there are enought interests, I can merge it into maven-release-plugin in
a new mojo

I definitely agree, anyway...
I think I will cut a release of it in advance of releasing any of those
plugins up for a vote.

The PIR plugin depends on a new plugin-testing-harness module which has
not been released, not even as a snapshot. Shouldn't all dependencies
like this be released, at least in snapshot form, so we don't have the
problem of "building the world" to get things working?

It's not currently used, and duplicates what's in
www.apache.org/dist/maven, but source revision is good.
Please add your keys there if you sign a release.

Hi committers,
Henk has raised my awareness on the fact that the Maven 1
(/www/www.apache.org/dist/java-repository) and Maven 2
(/www/www.apache.org/dist/maven-repository) repositories need to be cleaned.
Here are the rules:

Vincent,
The maven repo is archived also
http://archive.apache.org/dist/maven-repository/
same for the m1 repo
apache maven repo is synced to ibiblio with a no-delete option, so
things can be deleted from apache and still available through ibiblio

For the record, JIRA is working fine. The mail just isn't getting from
