When developing the patch I was working off the "maven-scm-plugin-1.5"
tag, then ported the patch to trunk. Now I can't get trunk to work, at

The rewrites are back in place, so I've turned off the sync of the m1
repo to ibiblio.
Going forward plan is to get the repo manager up and pulling in content
