I've been fighting with trying to customize the Maven2 web.xml for several
hours now. In Maven1.0, I had several files in my src/merge directory that
the "war" goal picked up and populated the web.xml with (servlets.xml and
servlet-mappings.xml). I can't seem to get that functional

Hi there,
There is currently a problem in the Dom4j's POM published on ibiblio. They
reference the stax API using an artifactid of "stax". It should be
"stax-api". This causes problems when using Maven2 as it supports transitive
dependencies.
