Right. I would think that anything listing dependencies where the
submitter makes them up, we may need to be more vigilant about them now.
Hopefully, we can continue to arrange to get these from the source
rather than relying on the upload process.

wrong name). Also poms for non redistributable apps should be added to
establish name conv
