then run maven as:
maven -Dmaven.test.skip=true
it still executes my pregoal.

Done. I still need to add support for saving the historical data in the Maven
repositories but that'll be for later.

I've now added the Clover 1.3.5 support + history report support.
However, I'm leaving for holiday in about 1 hour and I won't have time to
release the plugin (and I don't have enough votes yet). I'll be back on the
7th of March. I'll release it at that time.
