This won't be hard to fix, so I'm going to go and add the correct include
files here shortly and do an RC2 if that sounds good? That'll give me a
chance to also fix the two minor issues from Thorsten.

I think you'll need a signing key to make a dmg, too. There's a new
service from Infra available for that I think.
