Ralph, Thanks for taking a look at it whenever you get a chance. Also to note: I did manage to get it building via Github actions, and while Linux(Ubuntu) works fine, OSX has one test failure(the same that you saw the other week), and Windows has 8 failures(some are timeout, some have to do with
