Now I'll admit that I'm not using OSGi anymore nowadays (different client, different requirements, right?), so I'm not sure on what a reasonable baseline requirement is for the OSGi API. A log4j-api-android jar is a terrible idea and confusing: Wouldn't the only difference with log4j-api be that the Java 9 optimization be absent?
