I've hit a problem on using the latest stable release of
libcloud against a vcloud director 1.5 cloud and need help in trying to
resolve this problem .
In debug mode I've managed to track this down to here :

That is an old design decision and we have decided to do that because some
providers require separate accounts / credentials for different regions.
For example, with Rackspace you need two separate accounts - one for US and
one for UK region.
