Reporter.apache.org is showing misleading PMC membership data. As this is used in board reports, it really ought to be fixed ASAP. However the fixes I made to SVN have not been applied, and there is no documentation I could find on how the host has been set up - nor how the faulty data is generat

I have now got a login (with root) on projects-vm, and have set up reporter.a.o so that it is now running off code which is in SVN. However there are several items that need to stored in SVN somewhere so they can be recreated as necessary. For example: * the crontab entries for each application.

The reporter/projects VM needs a reboot. Partly because the MOTD says so, but mainly so the system daemons can finally pick up the TZ change that was made a while ago. Some log files still show times according to the original TZ, which was 8 hours adrift. This is quite confusing. Any objections
