IANAL but the Apache license allows you to do whatever you want with it from what I know. You just can NOT call any derived work by the upstream name or use the Apache marks, because your derived work is no longer an Apache software. And you need to provide attribution with the software you

I was just wondering if I include some software which has an apache licence in my software can I give it a proprietary, public domain or an apache license. I haven't actually done any of this it's just for future reference.
