I've sent in the application now. It seems to be possible to update it
until the deadline, but I've based it largely on previous years' (incl
updates to the mentor selection), so unless there are any major
changes, I think it will be ok.

Since there hasn't been any progress since a week I took the freedom to sent
this announcement to
our PMCs. This was necessary since we need an extensive list of tasks BEFORE we
apply as an org -
the deadline for which is in 5 days btw.
