This means that we should have an authoring team that can work on a multi
language website and, if we want to look far, a multisite environment.

I received a recent request from Ted Liu about the possibility of translating
some the ASF pages into Chinese. The pages requested were ones related to the
Apache Way and Incubator.
Ted has recently helped with the translation of our ASF brochure into Chinese
and would be happy to work
