Of course I got the date wrong … Correction:
Hi all,
I’m pleased to announce the next ATS Reliability Summit / Barcamp!
Where: Apple campus, Cork, Ireland
When: May 5th - May 7th
Why: Make ATS Great(er)
The event is open to Developers and Users, but these tend to lean more towards
the actual features and impleme

I like the ideas proposed here. I think all in all, we have to change the
format of ApacheCon for it to be worth the efforts and financial burden. I also
think we have to be more appealing to non-committers (unless we turn AC into a
project Summit umbrella).
I’ve been a proponent of topic track

Sorry,
Hi all,
yes, I know, the documentation here is lacking (or missing), but here are the
general guidelines for what Milestone to set on a PR.
1) Set it to the current, actively developed, major version. Currently
this means v8.0.0.
2) If you think this is a back port candidate, a

I'm with Pierre on this one. The ATS PMC has, as an example, several members
and committers who no longer read or reply to emails. We honestly have no
idea if they are even in control of their accounts.

Hi all,
I’d like to propose that we shift all future releases forward by roughly 2
month. So, the releases would be as following (note that 5.2.0 is on the
“legacy” schedule):
5.2.0 — December 2014
5.3.0 — April 2015 (this is an LTS)
6.0.0 — July 2015
6.1.0 — Oc

Hi,
Can you please also add the Apache Traffic Server Fall 2013 Summit to the
events calendar? Details on this are at

Hi all,
just read RB's post to members@, and figure we'd share our little "summit"
coming up in October. It's not big, but something that an "Event in Box"
concept would have helped organizing (and perhaps making better, we'll share
the results after the summit). More details at
