new Project Lead. In the meantime, I have updated the Project Lead to Dan
Smith.

We've elected a new PMC chair for the Apache Geode project, but the JIRA
'Project Lead' field has not been updated to reflect the change.
I'm a PMC member, but can't find a way to edit this field myself. How does one
go about this?
