I am meeting with the UC Researcher to discuss the spam issue & the apology
next Wednesday at 4PM ET. Others are welcome to join if they wish. My
key goal is honestly to get a gauge on how well they understand that their
apology was even worse than the initial problem. If they don't understand,

We continue to receive invitations to this event, and I think that you
may be better suited to handle such general requests. Events that are
ASF project-specific get forwarded to their respective PMCs, which has
worked well thus far.
