permissions on COMDEV Wiki space

Hi, Community Development has a Confluence Wiki space https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/COMDEV/Index For projects-new.a.o, I'd like to use this Wiki to store some docs, but I don't have karma. Shouldn't this Wiki be opened to every ASF committer, like the svn space? Regards, Hervé

reporter.apache.org - cannot access httpcomponents

There is a bug in reporter.apache.org. Although I am on the PMC, it does not appear in my list of projects, and when I use the member access route I don't get any response. I can see all the other PMCs I tried (I did not try them all). The chair of HC also has the same issue.
