The milestone is to present the new bloom filter package while the rest of
the API (all other packages) is stable. Unless we have surprises, the next
release will likely be 4.5.0. The bloom filter code looks to be stable now
IMO.

"production" code?
There is no guarantee that no breaking changes happen between
milestones, right?
