still refer to svn for sources. But based on Gilles' pointer (thanks!) it
looks like we are still using svn pub-sub to deploy artifacts. The old
scripts that I used to use may still actually work with slight mods, so I

If the sh files in https://github.com/apache/commons-pool/tree/POOL_1_X are
no longer relevant we should remove them.
