This vote is cancelled. Just hit a scenario with JEXL where the older
binary distro didn't have the "-bin" suffix - but the newer one did.
This wasn't catered for with the new facility to add two versions to
the download page - so I have just added that:

The commons-build-plugin has been modified to improve the L&F and
cater for more than one release on the download page.
