So I am currently reviewing, the Release Notes files was outdated -
just updated - and that would have caused a -1 I presume.
I am checkin also other stuff to see what can be improved then cutting
a clean RC, I hope it works fo

I tried the mvn site-deploy -P rc and it didn't work. I got to a
password prompt and it simply hung. Unfortunately, I don't have the
time to debug it now.
Maybe I'm completely missing something, but it's sad that it is this

Hi Bill,
did you enable the `rc` profile while releasing?
You can now checkout the tag and launch `mvn site-deploy -P rc` to
deploy the site in that location.

I have cut RC1 of DBUTILS, but there the site does not appear to have
been uploaded per the vote template I found here:
