Checked in. I initially tried to create xdoc versions of the demo html pages. The problem I encountered was that double-quote characters in script tags were URL entity-encoded in the resulting XHTML code. There was already a bug filed about this: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/DOXIA-154 App
