HashCodeBuilder.append(boolean) Javadoc Questions

The Javadoc description for HashCodeBuilder.append(boolean) does not appear to match the implementation. And the reference to hashCode handling in java.lang.Boolean could be clarified. This does not seem to be an actual bug, so is it more correct to open an Task issue for this kind of thing?
