Hi folks, not sure what to do here - Corey Scott is involved with commons-email for ages and sent in a lot of patches over the years. IMHO that would qualify him as committer but he has no other Apache Commons involvement as far as I know. So the question is "does a long standing commitment for

I figured I’d just contribute this to the mailing list, since the current trunk still uses commons-net 1.4.1. This patch should update commons-vfs to have ftps support, but it requires commons-net 2.0. The new package re-uses code from the original .ftp package, so I had to make FtpFileSystem publ
