Hi, I made a patch for fairness feature on GenericObjectPool.
Please see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/POOL-75 .
This patch provides the lightweight semaphore based on maxActive

and other Java5 and Java6 features into both Commons Lang and
Commons Collections (collections_jdk5_branch and LangTwo-1.x
respectively). I'd like to see these released and available to
use and am willing to donate time to see this
I have posted patches for COLLECTIONS-227 and COLLECTIONS-265. it may

Clirr requires two classloaders, one with the previous version and one
with the current version. In order to create the first classloader,
the clirr-maven-plugin does the following:

The https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MATH-164 issue presents a
multiplication case which is neither consistent with double multiplication nor
compliant to C99. Considering the division case which already handles lots of
special cases, I think we should really be C99-compliant for this method.
