Amazing job, thanks Ed! The new workflow has split the old check into a few smaller checks, which will be helpful for debugging. The total duration time for checks has been reduced from 2~3 hours to 35min~, which has a significant acceleration. We can now use tags like [skip ci] to skip the checks
