JIRA tickets are classified into trivial, minor, major and blocker. You can
start with trivial/minor without any assignee, I guess. But also take a look
at the other categories, because it may have anything you feel comfortable

I think the easiest way will be to comment on the ticket directly.
I did though about that a bit and I will try to sum up my current reflexion
on the ticket asap (I should have done that already anyway). Hopefully
that will be helpful. I don't think that's an easy one though.
