I did some sanity checks wrt the word count example and the pig example script
on one node (with pig 0.7 and 0.8) to make sure everything was fine there with
the hadoop integration in that limited context.

Eric. The other artifacts are built by me from a clean checkout of
eric's tag revision (with my current diff script applied). This can be
