Thanks for the links. Checked the latest ci-cassandra 4.1 runs [1][2][3]
and looks like the only consistently flaky across these runs is
MemtableSizeTest being tracked on CASSANDRA-17298 so I think we're good to
go.

Silly question but there was just a 4.0.12 release, should users avoid
adopting that or is the concern more cantered around CI and testing?
Does a 4.0.13 need to be considered?
