We’d like to finish witnesses and bring them out of “experimental” status now
that Transactional Metadata and Mutation Tracking provide the building blocks
needed to complete them.

In general, self documentation is now a matter of implementation. I think
the larger opportunity is to have some sort of combined user / committer
contributed + self documentation.

I've renamed the repo to cassandra-easy-stress and filed INFRA-26785 to
initiate the transfer.
