In 2.2, SegmentedFile.bufferSize() does not exist, instead we use:
- the compression chunk length for compressed tables
- RandomAccessReader.DEFAULT_BUFF
I notice that snapcraft.io already lists Cassandra as having a snap
available on the front page.
